The naked Dinner & Undie party 5
Saturday 30th April 2022 at a private warehouse in Māngere Bridge, Auckland
This was a very special event in Auckland that combined two events. From 7pm to 11:30pm we welcomed 110 guests to The Naked Dinner followed by another 100 guests from 11:30pm to 4am for the Undie Party.
Guests of The Naked Dinner were welcomed with a TNW sarong -- their only item of clothing, should they choose to keep it on. It was amazing to see how many way guests fashioned the sarong, with men in particular wearing it stylishly as a scarf.
By the time dinner was served, most people had opted for full nudity. The warm and open-minded atmosphere created a kinetic energy that swept the room, allowing for wide ranging conversations.
Large red chocolate mousse lips, made by La Petite Fourchette, were shared one between two. As the dessert was served, Hannah Tasker-Poland demanded the attention of the dance floor. Silicon body parts that altered Hannah's natural shape, were slowly removed in between sharp, mesmerising dance moves. The removed body parts were hooked onto a floating platform, above a plinth she later ascended. The contents of two large jugs of gold liquid were slowly and creatively relocated over her body. The impact of final section of the performance left the audience roaring --- pouring the reminder of the gold liquid into the floating platform, Hannah made it rain gold over the suspended body parts and herself.
After the performance (most) guests changed into the Undie Party outfits as the second set of guests started to arrive. Our all female piloted us into the night, with 4am rolling around too soon.
A huge thank you to everyone that attended. It really felt like 200 friends partying together... in their undies. Loads of love. Will see the Auckland crew at the next one in November. The Naked World is now off to run an Undie Party in London at Number 10, London Fields!

THE NAKED DINNER & UNDIE PARTY, event copy...
Arrive at a secret location, dressed for a dinner party. Once inside, all guests will be asked to change into only a TNW sarong – depending on how daring you feel! When, where and whether you then remove it, is entirely up to you.
For this very special event, guests can opt to travel on The Naked World bus from Karangahape Road to Mangere Bridge. Closer to the date guests will be able to select a departure time with priority being given in the order of bookings.
Inside, vegetarian and pescatarian food will later be replaced for on-brand cakes with one to be shared between two by La Petite Fourchette. Outside, choose from barbecued meats by head chef Juan Balsani (aka Say No More) and Alison Cecheto (aka Chupatrance).

The Naked Dinner will feature a live performance from Hannah Tasker-Poland, noted as “one of Aotearoa’s most enthralling dance artists,” by Woman Magazine.
Shot specifically for this event by Bon Voyage Prod, an art-house film exploring the intimacies of self-expression and movement will be projected onto the room for guests and performers to move amongst.
At 11:30pm guests will be invited to change into Undie Party outfits as DJs Amandamania, Mamadafunk and Slav Sauna pilot us into the night. It is at this point that those with Undie Party Only tickets will be allowed to join. All guests are welcome to BYOB and cooler bags.
This is a non-sexual event. All guests will receive consent information on arrival. Only total respect for ourselves and one another will be accepted.
The specific event location within Mangere Bridge – as well as the Karangahape Road pick-up point for The Naked World bus – will be provided to guests closer to the event. Further details will be shared via email and social media.
Sarongs will be provided at the event, and guests may keep these. Please note, we are unable to cater to special dietary requirements. For more information, please get in touch.
In the unfortunate event of cancellation, all tickets will be refunded, minus the Ticket Fairy booking fee.
