Undie Party {SHEER BALL}

Saturday 7th August 2021 at Everybody's, Auckland CBD

The third Undie Party was titled "Sheer Ball". This gave the event an additional theme to underwear — sheer clothing. Guests went all out with the theme. Some incredible creations, especially from Adam Mapu (center below) and Hannah Tasker-Poland (center of the three girls on the left).

Pre-drinks were held at Snickel Lane from 8-10pm. A number of people rocked up in full party gear, with nothing over the top. At 10pm Dance Plant Collective welcomed guests to the main event on tables on either side of the cloakroom. Corey and Lu ran the cloakroom superbly, initially with Tiffanie and Kaerran. While the gorgeous trio - Geeta, Val & Alex - checked tickets and ensured everyone understood the rules & consent list.

It wasn't long before the “A” from a big black fluffy sign spelling UNDIE PARTY fell down, but people stood in its place making it almost seem intentional.

At 1am Ardon England and Keshia Pulse took over the dance floor: Keshia floored us with her stunning voice while Ardon seduced the crowd, moving down the sweeping staircase. Their performance finished with Keshia leaving the mic to dance a fabulously choreographed piece.

The rest of the night is a blur of fun with casual interviews taking place in the courtyard, a string of mini photoshoots, and poi dancers. All sorts of great interactions and so much positive energy!!
