NO PHONES
No phones or recording devices allowed past coat check.


RESPECT ALL
Respectful body and verbal language is a must towards all attendees and staff.
 
Be respectful of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, backgrounds, body shapes, and abilities.

Staff require the same respect and communication as guests. They are no more or less consensual by choosing to work at Avowal.
 
Be aware of other’s personal space. Only invited touch is accepted.


SAFE SEX
Practice safer sex by using condoms, dental dams, and other barrier methods.
 

RAISE A HAND (our main rule)
Raise the palm of your hand to deny a request, advancement, or to stop an action already in motion. No reason is required when raising a hand, so do not ask for one.


VERBAL TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM
When in play, use the following "safe" words...
. Green means “yes, I love it”.
. Orange means “slow down / pause” + give a reason.  

 . Red means “stop, I’ve had enough”.


ATTENDEES MUST...

. Gain the consent and confirmation of sterilisation from the owner of a sex toy before using it.


NO SOLO-WANKING
Do not solo-wank. Voyeurism is the sexual interest of watching others, and is allowed. However, solo-wanking is only allowed with the prior consent of those you’re enjoying.


RED FLAGS
. The exertion of negative attributes or the use of coercive language.
. Being noticeably intoxicated. 
. Anyone playing with someone noticeably intoxicated will be blacklisted.
