The Naked World is building a team of casual staff to work across our various events. If accepted, you will need to be available for at least three events a year, including our festival Naked In The Trees (which is currently TBC for 8-10 March 2024). All jobs are paid by the hour, which may only mean three hours work but in these cases you will then have a free ticket to enjoy the event.

Jobs are available for the following event dates in Auckland, but we are looking to launch the Undie Party in Christchurch in 2024, so please apply if you are based there - event dates TBA at the end of 2023. Scroll down to apply for jobs at our festival Naked In The Trees — 2024 is still TBC.
Whether on or off shift all staff will be identifiable throughout events as you will have good knowledge of the event layout and procedures. You will act as a team of people attendees can ask for help or report unusual behaviour to.

DESCRIPTION — Using the Humanitix app to scan in guests. No need to check IDs as security will do this.

DESCRIPTION — The cloakroom is free for guests to use. One bag per person, otherwise a large paper bag is supplied. The cloakroom is staffed for the whole event.
JOB TITLE — CONSENT GUARDIAN

- Ensuring all guests understand the event rules
- Final call on outfits
- Issuing photography wristbands

JOBS AT
NAKED IN THE TREES (festival, potentially from 8-10 March 2024)
The following jobs are for our festival, Naked In The Trees. We are waiting on confirmation of a beautiful plot of land near Silverdale. If that works out we will announce the release date for tickets very soon. In the meantime, if you would like to work the event, please browse the jobs available, then fill out the form below. Most of these are volunteer jobs as the amount you work should equal the price of a ticket, however if you're scheduled to work more than 8 hours your additional hours will be paid.
First aid training is a bonus for any of the jobs listed below, so please include your qualification if applicable.
All festival staff will be identifiable throughout the festival, whether on or off shift, as you will have good knowledge of the event layout and procedures. You will act as the team of people attendees can go to for assistance.
JOB TITLE — TICKETING
DESCRIPTION — Using the Humanitix app to scan guests in, give them a wristband and put a sticker over their phone camera. Security will be standing with you to check IDs. Then direct attendees onto either the parking attendants or towards the campsite.
JOB TITLE — CAR PARK ATTENDANT
DESCRIPTION — Directing cars to park in a logical and efficient fashion. You will need to be a confident driver yourself.
JOB TITLE — CONSENT GUARDIAN
DESCRIPTION — Consent Guardians are trained and supported. This role includes:
- Ensuring all guests understand the general event rules and culture
- Informing guests how to spot staff
- Ensuring guests clearly understand consent and the rules of the play space.
JOB TITLE — BAR STAFF
DESCRIPTION — Past experience is essential. Please attach your CV, and include your qualification and license if applying to be the bar manager.
JOB TITLE — SWIMMING POOL LIFE GUARD
DESCRIPTION — First aid training and a good level of fitness is essential. For reference, the pools are 5m in diameter and 1.3m deep, so not huge.
JOB TITLE — PACK IN / PACK OUT
DESCRIPTION — Extra hands to help with lighting, decorations, etc. You'll need to be reasonably strong, fast moving and a pleasure to be around. We love set up and pack down to be fast but a lot of fun. Please include any special skills you've honed in your application.

DESCRIPTION — Fast, accurate, fun. We already have two superstars on our team, but will need more for 2024 as the event triples in size.
